RETAIL SALES Marketplace offers retail sales of quality new and open-box products sourced from major big-box retailers located throughout the U.S. We verify each item's existing manufacturer warranty and pass those same services on to the buyer. For products without a manufacturer warranty - or with a warranty we cannot verify - Marketplace offers extended warranties. CONDITION GRADING Every item is inspected and condition-graded (for example, Open Box Grade "A") so you know exactly what you are buying before you purchase. LIVE ONLINE AUCTIONS Marketplace also conducts live online auctions. Auction items carry no warranty and are sold AS-IS, where-is, and are not refundable. Each auction is offered with a manifest that itemizes its inventory. Online auction bidding is open to U.S. bidders only. SHIPPING We offer both parcel and freight shipping on all products we sell, calculated to your delivery destination. CONSIGNMENT We extend our services to customers and vendors who wish to consign products with Marketplace. All consignments are evaluated for the public's safety and the integrity of our services - the same standard we apply to our own auction inventory. WHOLESALE Marketplace sells products wholesale, in quantity. The terms and conditions of a wholesale purchase begin with a short form. SELLING INVENTORY TO MARKETPLACE Marketplace buys inventory from reliable sources. If you have inventory for sale, please contact our purchasing team at purchasing@marketplacellc.net. PAYMENT & FINANCING We accept all major payment methods - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Pay by bank - and we offer Buy Now, Pay Later financing through Klarna on eligible purchases.
