CUSTOMER REVIEW POLICY AND CONSENT Who can review Signed-in customers may review a product after delivery of a verified Marketplace LLC retail purchase. Auction purchases are not eligible. One current review is available per customer and product. What to submit Share your honest experience with the product. Choose a rating from 1 to 5 stars and add written comments, an MP4 or WebM video up to 24 MB, or both. Submit only content you created or have permission to share. Obtain permission from anyone identifiable in your video. Do not include addresses, payment details, order numbers, or other private information. Disclose any incentive or connection that could affect how others understand your review. Approval and fair moderation Reviews are checked before publication. Both positive and negative reviews are welcome. A low rating or criticism alone is not a reason for rejection. Reviews may be rejected for fake or misleading content, spam, unrelated advertising, threats, harassment, unlawful content, private information, or content that infringes another person's rights. Reviews are not edited to change their meaning. Only approved reviews appear publicly and contribute to the displayed rating and review count. Public display By accepting this policy and submitting, you allow Marketplace LLC to display your submitted review and video on the product page with your rating, submission date, verified-purchase label, and first name plus last initial, such as Randall C. Your account email and order details are not shown with the review. Video content may identify you or others beyond the displayed name. Optional billboard use Homepage billboard use is a separate, optional choice on the review form. If you select it, you allow Marketplace LLC to display your approved video on the website's rotating billboard. Declining does not prevent you from submitting a product review. Changes and records You may update your review from My product reviews. Updates return the review to approval and pause its review billboard slide. Submission history and the consent text accepted are retained with review records. For help, to report a review, or to request removal or withdraw billboard permission, contact Marketplace LLC through the website's customer support. Your choice Submitting a review is optional. Accepting this policy does not waive your right to express an honest opinion. Product reviews do not replace customer support, returns, warranty claims, or other purchase terms.
