This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with our retail store, auctions, consignments, customer accounts and related services. Information you provide We collect information you submit when you create an account, place an order or bid, arrange a consignment, request a quote, return goods, seek warranty help or contact us. Depending on the service, this includes your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, account credentials, order and bidding records, inventory details, correspondence, support-chat messages and attachments. We also receive relevant payment, delivery and service updates from the providers involved in your transaction. Payments Payments use the payment provider and methods offered at checkout. The provider processes the payment details you enter. Our order records contain transaction references, selected payment methods, amounts, currency and payment status; the website's checkout flow does not store full card numbers or card security codes in those records. Do not send card numbers, security codes or passwords in reviews, email or support messages. Optional analytics help us understand and improve the Site and our services. If you request marketing communications, you may ask us to stop them by contacting us. Essential order, account and service notices may still be sent. Reviews and videos Submitting a review is optional and requires acceptance of the Customer Review Policy. Approved reviews may display your first name and last initial, rating, review text, submission date, verified-purchase label and submitted video. A video may identify you or others more fully than your displayed name. Homepage billboard use requires the separate optional permission on the review form. We retain submission history and the consent record. Avoid including private information about yourself or others.
