ONLINE AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Registration & Eligibility
To participate, bidders must register with accurate information and be at least 18 years old. By registering, you agree to these terms and accept full financial responsibility for all bids placed under your account.
2. Bidding & Finality of Sales
All bids are binding contracts. The highest bidder acknowledged by the platform at the close of an auction wins the item. All sales are final, and items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties, express or implied. 
3. Payment & Shipping
Winning bidders must submit full payment within 48 hours of auction close via approved payment methods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling, and applicable taxes, Buyer Premium, credit card processing fee's unless explicitly stated otherwise. If you choose to pay by bank wire, Bank ACH you can avoid credit card convience fee.
4. Seller Rights & Platform Discretion
The seller reserves the right to set minimum reserve prices, withdraw items prior to close, or cancel transactions in the event of technical errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" and is not responsible for technical glitches, internet outages, or missed bids. In no event shall the platform be liable for damages exceeding the purchase price of the item in question.
6. Buyer’s Premium
Buyer’s Premium is a fee, it is set before the auction start or listed in auction notification, buyers are responsible for buyer’s premium at the time auction closes and notified as winning bidder.
7. Taxes
If you are tax exempt you must present your reseller information before auction starts and approved by accounting, otherwise you are responsible for California Taxes if you reside in the state of California.
8. Non-Payment
If you win an auction and fail to pay within the time set at time of auction, your account is subject for termination and you will not be able to attend our auction in the future.
9. Shipping
This only applies to freight deliveries, if your destination ship to address is residential, freight shipping requires a lift gate and pallet jack, freight companies charge a fee for these services, ultimately residential deliveries pay a higher shipping rate compared to commercial. You are required to accurately indicate your delivery ship to address is commercial or residential. 
A buyer's premium at the percentage displayed on each auction will be added to the final winning bid. Review that auction's premium before bidding. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are additional.

Credit card. The winner has 48 hours after closing to pay.

A buyer's premium of 10% of the final winning bid will be added to the purchase price. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are additional. Tax is additional.

A new leading bidder within the final 120 seconds resets the countdown to 300 seconds. Losing bids and increases by the current leader do not reset it. Repeat extensions have no total time limit.

The server confirms the final outcome after bidding closes.
